My way bill no is 69113985174,it has been an extremely disappointing experience with your company as I had ordered quite prior knowing it being the diwali month and also have paid the full amount and yet havnt received it at the mentioned time,which also has disturbed the purpose of gifting it during diwali. The tracking has also been very disappointing with no proper status check indicated and have also experienced a bad customer service at your end with the people not answering and long waits on the call .
This experience has left a very bad impression ..which makes me not consider your service again.

If you do not improve upon .... People Now do have better options and better services to choose from ....
