Refund

This is extremely disappointing as I have not yet received any refund from ebay.It has been more than 2 months when I had received the wrong item.I have also talked to the customer care 6-7 times and every time they say tha it will be processed within 5 working days.I waited for more than 2 months and now I don't have any patience left.I have to say that ebay has the worst customer service in the world

I havent got refunded for the refernce

The refund will be processed in 2-3 working days. You should be able to view the refund amount Eventhough the refund initiated more than 3 days still did not get back the amount to book other product.
