I got an item (8MP webcam) on 26/04/2010. It was not working and hence I launched an eBay Guarantee Claim. eBay Customer Support said they have received my claim under eBay Guarantee for item number 160570849511. Now as for the seller, his refund policy is "Item must be returned within 7 Days". Customer support said they would be looking into my claim in about seven days. I'm little bit confused, as the item shipment to me took more than seven days. Also I found no cases at "ebay resolutioncentre"(but I did launched a claim, right?)
I'm not a pro buyer, and I'm really very confused. Please help.
