Problem with claim

HI, i placed an ebay gurantee claim - Claim ID : 968344, the claim got registered online, but the claim got rejected saying that the claim is not eligible as it has been more than 30 days since the receipt, i had opened the claim on the 30th day and the claim got registered in the system, if the claim wasnt eligible then the system wouldnt have accepted the claim, it would give an error saying the same. 

I have a specific with this claim advisor - shish2010.eg.

When ever he addresses my claim i always face soe or the other problem, here being the claim is not acceptable as i didnt open it within 7 days as mentioned on the remarks. 

It looks like ebay here is not ready to help the customer at all and just needs any reason ( or a make up reason ) to reject the claim .

 

If anyone has any experience with the same kindly let me know how can i escalate this problem and also place a complaint against the specific claim advisor.
