Hi,
I had ordered a product to be delivered to Greater Noida with the complete address and the name of the collector given accurately. At the start I had got the message of shipping date etc. But till the last delivery day date, I did not receive any meesage and finally decided to call the seller. He mentioned that the product was already delivered 4 days back and on checking the status of the shipment, I got to know that the product is delivered 2 days back but to some other location of Delhi.
This is not acceptable as speaking with the seller, i was told that the issue is with the delivery package company but the other company said that they delivered the package where it was written to be sent.
Please confirm how i can get my refund back,
