I have purchased a product on 17th oct & the paisa pay ID is 37645919098. Apart from the order confirmation mail , i hv not received any mail regarding the shipping details, The name of the courier & expected delivery date.....I hv called ur Ebay customer service thrice between 17th oct till 24th Oct & every time they are giving the same answer that u will receive the details by today evening , but nothing is happening. This is now getting on my nerves....I mean what kind of pathetic service is this from one of the leading company in online shopping ??? Why to have a customer service if things cant be sorted within TAT ?? Can i know the status of the shipment of my product in my registered email id
