Hi,
I want refund and return for the claim bellow because I cant rely on seller no more.
Some written mail proof is attached bellow. Mail may verified from sender end by ebay for the fact truthiness.
Seller is delaying and verbally miss guiding me. He seems don't knows business code. He is unable to convince his business partner(RX infotech) to replace that faulty item.Written proof is there from RX infotech.
According to Dell the warranty / replace will be from seller end for spare(mail proof attached in the mail).
Clearly the the item fails to get 1 year manufacturing warranty .
According to ebay last conversation I also attached written proof.
Ebay may verify from sender if my proof are true or not.
Ebay must take ageist that seller who are not able keep promise
I amount should be refunded and seller must be put to grey/black listed by ebay according to ebay as I have sent written proof of my word.
If I my point is not being considered carefully , I must go to higher law enforcement.
My consideration : I want to get refund by returning that item.
