Improve e-Bay website performance

Just yesterday, I registered myself on e-Bay. Two days before that, I ordered two products, Almond and Dried Apricot on e-Bay. After placing the order and getting confirmatory messages, I get a mail saying that there are two items in your cart. How can this happen, once the order is placed and paid for.  Secondly, one of these items was delivered today, the 24th March. I got an e-mail seeking feedback. The mail provided a feedback button. When I click the button, the webpage opens with a red-lettered message the item in respect of which I want to leave feedback no longer exists. Yesterday, I was looking for a pendrive for iPhone. When I want to post a question to the seller and click the relevant link, I get reply that the seller is not answering.  I haven't had this kind of anomalous experience with other online platforms.  B.N.Gururaj,
