Dear Ebay
I have bought Redmi 3s prime mobile in Dec 2016 through ebay India. Because of a technical problem in phone, it is not getting charged. When I went to MI service center for repair they are not accepting shipping invoice given by seller. I have contacted Seller for original invoice with all the details but he is extremely noncooperative. I am not getting original invoice from seller in spite of several follow ups. I am unable to use my mobile now.
I feel cheated by seller and am very unhappy that Ebay is not helping me in getting original invoice which is my right after purchasing an item.
How would ebay expect people to buy items from its portal after such horrible experience.
