I had ordered black colour shoe. But received brown colour shoe.also, the product was very old(July 2014). I had called the customer care several times. Each time i have reapeated my same problem. I had even talked to their supervisor Deepak in Gurgaon office. Finally, i got to know that my claim has been rejected. When I again explained that i had received brown colour shoe instead of black colour shoe, and had send all the images supporting the same, they had admitted that the claim has been wrongly closed and told me that i will receive final answer from the claim department within 72 hours. 72 hours has already been passed but i havent received any information on my claim. Ebay seems to be highly irresponsible online portal who don't care about its customers after its product is sold. I will not recomment not to purchase any item from ebay.
