I was told I will get an autorefund if my item was not shipped in 3 days if i payed via paisapay.
Today is day eleven and there is still no sign of my refund, on contacting customer care I am told that it will take upto 8 days more, why does ebay give false assurances,
I have purchased on all your competitor webistes like snapdeal, flipkart and amazon,once the last date for shipping if not adhered to the money comes back into the account the very next day, and for returned items that had been paid for by Cash on delivary once returned and verified by logistics partner the very same day a refund comes and the come to your home to collect the item, entire process takes about 2 hours, why does ebay require 19 days to do the same thing, last time i am shopping on ebay and am going to share my experience on my college facebook and twitter page so thatr others don't have to go through this.
