I want to know the guarantee by ebay ie., A MONOGRAM SAYING 100% SATISFACTION, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. What is the meaning of it when i am NOT SATISFIED REPEAT NOT SATISFIED. Also the warrenty comes into effect once it starts functioning normally and then stops working When the first operation of functioning itself fails then what is the meaning og 100% SATISFSCTION. If i buy in the shop directly i can check on the spot and then pay for it. This type of online shopping discourages one to buy at EBAY.
