I am sandip .I purchased a Micromax battery q392 model.i paid for the battery,since eBay made a late delivery ,I had to cancel it and purchase locally.1st eBay customer care told me it can't be cancelled since it has already been shipped.so u have to receive the product and then initiate again cancellation process.when I received the item and did the claim eBay rejected my claim saying u must not have to receive the product.they made the delivery by India post and not contacted me on the day of delivery.since I was not in home my neighbor received the product thinking it may be urgent.now eBay is playing game with me to not initiate the refund process.this is rediculous.**bleep** u eBay.never ever going to purchase any thing from you .
