I ordered this item (Laptop) on ebay
The Payment wasd done by Credit card and the Payment Conformation code is - PaisaPay ID 36546538281
However, to my utter shock & dissapointment I received the faulty and refurbished laptop. So I request to either repay my money to me or else I would like to get the delivery of the item purchased by me(new laptop).
I would like to raise a complaint for the same. Kindly give me the Link to Raise a compliant and take necessary steps to look into the matter on urgent basis as I would not like to loose my hard earned money due to such frauds. Also, If I did not receive any response / solution within 24hours than I would not hesitate take legal action including making a police Complaint for the fraud.
I contacted all the people releted this but not solved my query and facing this problem.seller is very rude he dont even bother about this.this is wrost seller.I have all the valid proof of this item is faulty and refubished but than too no is there to help.
