We have a power ship account and since the DAY ONE we are facing a stupid problem with Aramex which none seems to know how to fix
When we get a courier assigned to Aramex and after asking for pick up- NONE comes.
When we call them they give us some address in another city as pick up and say pick up is done- which is total lie.
When we tell them address is wrong they ask us to call ebay and ebay has no clue.
Who will fix this or we have to live with this strange and silly issue? All packets going through Aramex are NEVER going to ship out. if this continues.
We have asked to REMOVE ARAMEX from our account but that also has not been done, this is quite frustrating
