Hello community,
On july 2th i got my item delivered, turns out it is a country network locked phone and i contact the seller about this issue, he wants my phone back for "warranty purposes" It is just 3 days old and lying unused in my wardrobe(useless). Why he is asking my phone to send it to him when infact it was not as described ? Is he trying to scam me or something ?
How will ebay know that i've sent my item back to the seller ? He also wants paisapay ID and issue that i've with my phone in a printed note along with the item. I've sent him emails several times informing him that my PHONE IS COUNTRY NETWORK LOCKED!
Should i sent my phone back to him ? How would i know that i'll get my item back ? Will Ebay get involved in this situation ?
or Should i raise a replacement/refund claim so i could get Ebay assistant ? Please note i didn't leave feedback yet.
Please help , let me know what should i do in this situation !
