I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay,I have ordered micromax canvas spark phone and paid online
through debit card on 8th Jan 2016.
After that i have
received an email your order is shipped sucessfully and your email id
is changed and your account is deleted by the suspicius person.I have already informed
customer care about this issue.

no) shows my product shipped 4 jan 2016 but i ordered this
product on 8 jan 2016. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 050394, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free no but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY services,this is a worst service i have ever seen.revert me asap..
