I bought sennheiser ear phones, it costs 1200 rs, but its not worth of 100 rs ear phones. The quality is worst.
I interacted with customer care and the seller too to ask them to refund my amount, its been 2 MONTHS now. they are not answering properly. Customer care guys say that, they want a confirmation mail from the seller guy and seller say that, they want confirmation mail from the customer care. these guys are playing with the customers.
Why should we contact the seller. other services are not like this. if you talk to the customer care, they only intract with the seller and solves the problem. whereas in this ebay service is not like that (WORREST ONE).
I AM TELLING TO ALL THE PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THE EBAY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME FOR ME.
