Today, I purchasing a solenoid from ebay whose cost is $1.18 (80 rupees). I did the payment through paypal (no other options were there). When I checked my account, I found that instead of 80 rupees, 146 rupees has been paid. So, why should I pay 66 rupees to paypal. Already, I did purchase few items in the past, but at that time I was paying through online banking. But, today I did not get that option. So, I was forced to do the payment through my ATM card. This is not good. So, kindly, answer my questions.
