This was my worst and last experience with eBay after receiving defective item.Seller was ready to take back his item but eBay guys harassed me a lot by always making false commitment.I used to call eBay customer care on a daily basis by waiting for almost an hour and they say we have taken your request will act accordingly you will receive a call from us.Again I called next day and they say we don't have any request or commitment from our side.Whenever I called they say the same thing and finally they closed my claim by saying I have not responded them back by their given time frame.Luckily Seller was very co-operative and I got by refund back without any help from eBay.Even eBay said you have to use that item now weather its defective or not.Our job is done once item is delivered to you now you go to the seller or service provider it's your headache. Now I'll recommend my all the circle not even think about making any purchase through eBay.
