This technical problem has been plaguing ebay from january onwards atleast . Sorry to note that ebay is not seen taking adequate measures to address this glitch which in effect is driving away ebay customers.
What you have to do is contacting the ebay customer care preferably through the chat option. with all relevant details ready with you.
The customer care executive will bring this to the notice of the paisapay wing and they will take action to refund the amount to your account. On the whole , the exercise may take upto two weeks before the amount gets reflected in your account.
