Hi ,
I got call from ebay customer team and also got mail that ebay have arranged pickup of the item to be refunded . But till now no one have come to collect the same . I have sent 3-4 mails to ebay customer care team but no response . Also . i have called 6-7 time to customer care and everytime i got a reply that refund team will call you back . No call or any communication from ebay after 17th afternoon and they say that they will revert with 24-48 hours .
Please guide what to do ???
