 i am swapna,i have order for ipad mini2 cover,i searched for that only,when i am selecting it wents wrong,

but i dont want that,so i contact ur customer service for money refund,they tell we are sending form & fill it,

i did it,they send me u r going to get money with in 8 to 10 working days ,

but still i didnt get any message,

i want my money back,

plz collect that cover from me,

There is no form for refund, your money is gone so forget about getting any refund.

You should first learn how to use any online website then buy from there or this is what happens, there will never be any refund for your mistake, at least not on ebay for sure.
