Paisapay failed but transaction done....

                                    I tried to purchage a silver ring on 18-03-2015 

But in the end Syatem Show order not completed but amount was deducted from State Bank of Patiala Account. Kindly provide status of my payment.

Your grievances will not get any attention form ebay staff as you have posted your concern in this member to member interaction forum.

 This problem which you have expereinced, where amount is deducted from your bank account but paisapay transation failed due to some technical problem with ebay, has been troubling ebay customers for the past 3 months or so. And sadly ebay has not taken any concrete action to solve this problem. The net result is driving away prospective ebat customers from this forum.

What you have to do to get your moey refunded to your bank account, is to take up the matter with the ebay customer support. Sending a mail to ebay customer support, often goes unattended to. So better you contact ebay customer support through the Chat Option, which is available from monday to friday from 10 am onwards.. You must be ready with all relevant details like date of transaction, amount, name of bank etc.

Once the refund claim is approved by the paisapay team, it will take more than one week to get the amount reflected in your bank account. New generation bank takes a minimum of three days for completing the accounting formalities.
