On ebay Help & contact page it is written that ebay will contact in 24 to 48 hours but today when I contacted ebay customer care he just denied that even if I wait for three months ebay will never revert back to any kind of mail.
For my claim id 1959022 ebay sent me email and I have replied it by two methods
1. - By replying at link given in mail
2.- By sending mail from Help & Conact section.
Now Before checking any kind of email they just rejected my claim and they denied to give any kind of service to me
They told me that claim is rejected because buyer didn't given required proof in timeline .
Ebay didn't responded me in 12 days and for their carelessness they are giving contra statements and blaming me.
