Dear eBay Team,
I have previously purchased one item which i received as defective piece; however, after communicating the same I received coupon. Today again I ordered for two items which was worth few bucks more then the coupon discount. But when I tried paying the rest amount with my card, the transcation got failed many times due to which I had to cancel one item. There is remaining Rs 136 to that coupon. So will this amount be added to my account so I can use the same for my next purchase or its a loss for me?
