I Dont know what is the use of ebaygurantee. I bought new HTC desire 820. after purchase within 15 days display got problem. n it has over heating problem.I raised complaint about this in ebaygurantee. I was surprised after reading reply from ebay. I got reply to consult to seller. I bought mobile with the trust on Eebaygurantee. they closed issue without.contacting me. what is the use of ebaygurantee? they r saying replacement or refund within 30days. I hardly used 15days n got problem but i.got stupid reply from ebay. Dont trust ebay.i m approaching consumer court..if anybody is facing this.kind.of problems join ur hands with me.
