he sold me mi3, the mobile was totally different then what he described (color and plastic body) but was looking same like the orignal mi3 from box to every thing, but it ha android 4.3 which was not a big issue for me then when i started operating, the mobile didnt matched the performance then i checked the about device tab in settings it showed 2 gb ram but still i had a doubt so i installed the droid info app and i was shocked to see the results from ram to chipset every result was different than that of the orignal mi3. this means that this piece is a replica of the orignal. and the seller had sold 60 mobiles so has he fooled 60 people this means he made rs.1,080,000 by selling a duplicate product.
ebay needs to take some action against such sellers.
even though i had opened a claim on 18th sept and the seller has accepted the refund, there is no resolution provided yet from ebay.
