i bought htc desire 826 ( blue lagoon) from ebay.in . now my phone's touch and speakers are not working . Acc. to your ebay.in it haas warrenty of 12 months . but service centre replied that they will not give any warrenty on this phone. they told us that the phone is bought from outside india . The shipment shop is also not helping us . they said that they only sell phones but they are not between us . the point is service center is not giving warrenty for our phone . we beleive in ebay , we know only ebay , thats why we orderd phone from your sight , so kindely replace my phone . thankss .
