Seller published a wrong specification. Like showed 2GB RAM, 3 MP FRONT, BACK camera . But reality it has a 1 GB and 0.3 and 5 MP. This is a sort of cyber crime. So I escalated with seller within 30 days, several times.. Seller told me that please contact with the Dell India and take DOA certificate .Here Dell confirmed me that for this type of issues we never provide DOA certificate and we never interfere with third party vendors. Since you purchased it from eBay, so please escalated with them or seller.. I confirmed that to seller that Dell refused me. Now days are getting over continuously, seller has not responded yet. Now I raised a complaint by the help of eBay resolution center. Will it resolved or any guaranteed is there. EBay told me you will get a call from our side.. So I have a office, classes, meeting. What should I do. Is it possible to talk with the concern team directly, with my proper time. I am in trouble. Please help .
