I was purchasing an item on www.ebay.in at that time the payment was paid through my paytm account.
at that time the payment was debited from my paytm account but ebay shows the message that the order was not conform.
i was trying for two order and both the time the payment was debited from my paytm account and ebay shows the message that order is not conform.
the transaction detail of paytm account is as shown below :
