money deducted from bank account but no confirmation from ebay.

I ordered a xiaomi powerbank worth rs 1158 on ebay, did my payment by online banking of sbi.The amount got deducted from my account but the product is still in Cart..and I didn't got any confirmation from ebay as well..
Got this message for the transaction..Your Transaction Ref No IG0ANBARP3 for Rs.1158.0 on 12/08/2015 02:08:00.
Am worried, What should I do? Please help. Ineed that powerbank.

On 9/11/15 I bought an item for Rs 2749 after applying 10% discount coupon in short paying Rs 2474.10 to ebay. Money was debited from my SBI Account, but the order was not confirmed . In short Transaction was failed on eBay but amount was debited in my bank. I have all the proof of payment to ebay from my Bank. Any suggestions as to what is to be done. Pathetic service by ebay

Same happened to me...any one has solutions for it?...Just one to kick the person who introduced ebay to me
