I ordered an Asus Zenfone 2 on 11th November from Ebay India. I did a payment of Rs 9,981. As I completed my payment through the payment gateway, I wasn't redirected to the Ebay webite, instead a page appeared saying the Page cannot be displayed. The amount got deducted from my account and when I asked the bank officials, they said that payment was success and they provided me with a PRN no : EUTI410999735.Though I still cannot see anything in my purchase history or anywhere. This is very irritating and frustrating. I want my money back as soon as possible and I dont want to order a product from your website. This was the last time I had ordered any product from Ebay. This is my transaction details that I received on my bank statement INB/379500603/EBAY INDIA PVT LTD(BILLDESK)/phone.
