DEAR sir,Im dhanesh from kerala.
i have purchased an item from ebay. The product got delivered on 28-3-2016.
The product was a fake memory card.IT was not original.I found out the fakeness by:-
1-The barcode is blurred.
2-the letters are blurred.
3-i didnt got invoice bill the item.
4-the product colour is blurred printing is faded.
5-the serial number is not printed on the backside.
6-the SAMSUNG company provide warranty for 10 years.
But it is written 5 years on the backside of the cover.
7-Model number is mis-matched with the original product.
8- THE ebay itself has removed the item number and seller because of the non-genuineness of the seller.
9-There is a grey arrow infront of the original memory card of the samsung.But on this item it is a white arrow.And the total graphics design infront of the memory card is dull and faded.
10-i have tried to contact the seller on the provided email,and phone number on ebay but no response....
