Sir, i want to lodge a complain against my claim adjuster for whom i had suffered a lot physically,mentally as well as financially. my claim id 1009681 for which i supposed to send my shipment to its seller the claim adjuster provide me wrong mobile number which was switched off always i was repeatedly telling the claim adjuster that the number switched off but he is so arrogant did not listen to me even my courier company also find the number switched off. after the deadline of deliver the product he closed my claim against me after which 2-3 days i called customer care and got the correct mobile number but no use as my claim alredy closed. i want so strict action should be taken against such as unprofessional, arrogant claim adjuster who does not justify as a claim adjuster .
