ebay displays [Sorry your payment was not successful], but money already deducted from my account.

I have ordered for [Samsung EVO 32 GB Micro SD SDHC TF Memory Card 48MB/s F...], on 24-May-2016 at around 14:30. I have made payment thru SBI internet banking. I have received an SMS from SBI that payment is successful, however on ebay its shown that payment is not successful. Please advice what can be done as money is already deducted from my account. I also reported the issue to ebay but its not even acknowledged.

I am sure that I will not buy anything on ebay again if my issue dont get resolved.

I am facing the same problem. I paid through mobikwik wallet. payment was successful om mobikwik side but on ebay, it showed "Sorry, payment unsuccessful". This is really a bad shopping experience with ebay.

Many times it happened with me. But got refunded in a Week. But this time 10 Days gone but no refunded

Ebay has stop the site from working as it's useless. They should hire good people for their site otherwise connection problems and failures will go on.

I too faced same issue twice while buying same item.

Even though there is no response from ebay, I hope to get the refund in week time.
