It has been over 25 days since i registered my claim for money refund as i havent recieved my product and I keep calling them once every week and each time they tell that it will be processed in next 2 days, but nothing has happened. Pls remove the tag eBay guarantee. It is a pain waiting for 20 mins to reach customer care each time and even on making calls to them, I believe they throw our requests through the drain. My request to buyers don't trust eBay guarantee claim. Its fake. Look at the * over eBay guarantee text
