Worst experience with eBay

It was a worst experience.please do not buy anything on eBay.
I ordered a battery from prince stores seller for Rs 299.The battery ws not working.i returned the battery back to Ludhiana after bearing 200 rs courier charges on 10 th Oct.Battery is already delivered but still not received refund.
Very bad experience with eBay.
