Why eBay do not take responsibility for the Products they put on Display.

I have received the worst service ever from eBay. No one is taking responsibility for the damaged product. EBay is asking me to follow up with seller, seller is asking to follow up with Manufacturer and again manufacturer is asking to chase up with EBay. 

 

No Matrix to follow no help provided to Customer i have been chasing up since 20 Days and yet no one is coming back to give any sort of resolution.

 

Thank you eBay to make me realize that choosing you was the BIGGEST mistake i made ever.

 

I have done my payment on time and chosen you over another sites is that my mistake???

 

What are you here for are you here for the customer if So why don’t eBay intervene into the issue to get it resolved.

 

No customer oriented plan which is been made by you guys. What is the TAT to get the issue resolved can anyone tell me as no one is taking responsibility for the same.

Everyone is pointing each other but WHOME should the customer point now I want an answer for the same…
