Hi i've run into an emergency. I attempted to buy the following item twice today via Netbanking

The first time it failed due to a connection error. But a few hours later(just a few minutes before the time i wrote this) it failed a second time because my bank's portal was under the impression that the same transaction was carried out just 2 minutes earlier and now Rs.760 has been debited from my account to Ebay India but no confirmation of purchase of the item either in mail or in my ebay account. Urgently need some assistance. i tried contacting ebay through Customer support but I received an automated response that said the following below.
