The vendor has been delisted from ebay india and not able to contact him by any source, He has supplied a fake product which was confirmed by local Samsung Authroised service center,
Now where do I go to get the refund?
How come sumglers and con vendors are more on ebay? Dont you have a proper screening process in place?
Now ebay says it cant do anything for the refund of the amount because I was not able to register my complaint as the link provided for the product says supplier deleted, contact customer care.
I had sent a mail in this matter for which I have not received any reply. Is this how the ebay guarantee work??
