Terrible Ebay Guarantee.

ebay should cancel the service if they are unable to enforce it. For a Rs 778 item that doesn't work they are avoiding my emails. Instead they chose to put a remark on my account that "they tried to contact me but my phone was engaged" so they have cancelled the refund. Which is impossible.

 

Calling them involves a 10 minute wait and despite a promised call back from the supervisor I am still waiting for it. Only in India ca ebay get away with things like this.

 

And they wonder why I now shop with FlipKart and Jabong.
