Team,
I made a purchase from ebay last December (moto G 2nd Genration) mobile phone and it suddenly has stopped working. Neither ebay customer service is helping nor the seller is responding to any emails or phone calls for last two months.
I have also sent emails to following IDs - asiapacificpolice@ebay.com, contactindiafit@ebay.com; but there has been no response from their end as well.
should I file a Police complaint?
