Related to my Gift Voucher Refund

I had placed an order Pay Paisa ID: 321137814389

The seller did not dispath the item. We used a gift voucher of 1000 and a cash of Rs 20 to place the order.

As the seller did not dispatch the item, we are eligible to the refund.

My claim ID was 579917. As per the refund Rs 20/- has been refunded to my account.

But the gift voucher is not working for subsequent purchases.

I am trying for the last 10 days, struggling to put up my point in so many forums

Twitter, live chat, call, but there is no end to this problem.

You are required to refund the gift voucher also as it was seller's fault, not ours.

Please look into the matter and resolve it ASAP. 

The reputed company like eBay should take care the trust of the buyers also.

With no fault of ours we are struggling to get our valid voucher.

Ebay.in is definetly not a reliable sorce and it do not protect the buyer. If any problem is there, you have to suffer all the way. Sellet shipped me a diffective item.. to get the rfund or replacement ypu have to ship back the item and pay the shipping cost... it is your problem or fault that you buy the item from ebay... so good luck to all and I will not buy any item from ebay...may be I will sell my craps ...

Quit ebay. Customer care pathetic/non-existent. In ebay there're lots & lots of bogus sellers & ebay has no system to weed them out.
