On 9/5/15 I bought an item for Rs 1650 after applying 10% discount coupon in short paying rs 1485 to ebay. My account was debited but the order was not confirmed .I contacted ebay on same day they told me to wait fr 72 hours as they will investigate ,I again called on 11/05/15 I was informed that my refund has been initiated.
I waited fr 10 days ,I called them again they gave me reference and told me to contact in bank . I went to bank says the money has not come .I call ebay they say they have sent.
Since 1.5 months I am running frm bank to ebay and vice versa.
Ebay always says wait for 72 hours we will get back to you. And they don't call back.
Any suggestions as to what is to be done. Pathetic service by ebay .Ebay is fraud.
