The "Estimated Delivery Date" is full of errors and mis-calculations and hardly works as shown by eBay.
We had reported to eBay one month ago that all our listings are showing same day delivery to all across India and with all pin codes but is is still to be corrected.
Even when eBay Powership Partners pickup the parcels same day of order then sometimes they takes weeks to deliver the same.
Just for an example, an order received on 8.7.2013 was marked ready to ship same day. It was picked by eBay Powership Partner after repeated emails to eBay on 11.7.2013 and it was delivered to buyer on 27.7.2013. The buyer thereafter raised the money back claim for late delivery for which claim adjuster was accusing us but then we told him that it was a Powership order and seller has no control over their delivery.
The new buyers use to call us daily to get same day delivery all across India after seeing the same wrong delivery information as posted by eBay and we advise them that is a software errror from eBay on which their programmers are working hard since last one month to get it resolved at their soonest.
Also, Powership does not include Speedpost. The Speedpost parcels are send by seller themselves while praying the their safe and timely delivery.
