There is no DD department in ebay. I am also in the same boat. For last 2 months - only one reply - from customer support guy to Grievance Office - all are cheaters that --> I will forward your request to concern team and will get back to you in 5-6 days.
They do not even feel any shame to same the same dialogue for ages.
