I had bought a set of motorcycle flood lights on EBay, I am not happy with the performance , have raised a clai with EBay.
They dismissed the claim simply ,because , whenever they chose to call I was in a meeting. I did speak to their customer care and requested to re open the claim as i really was not happy with the product. They do not believe in calling another time. I have contacted the Seller directly and he has promised to initiate a refund. But not done to date. What do I do ?
