I Bought one Item from skarthikeyan500 on 12/10/2011,
I request seller to deliver to my home, I Received from seller in offline,
me also confirmed Item received in eBay on the Same day, and the Seller Said me that
"at the time of Remittance cycle,the eBay sent message that his remittance is put on hold, and he contacted Customer Care Person on 17/10/2011, they said he violate the eBay policies by delivering manually to buyer, So they told him that eBay will refund to the buyer and he have to get money from me offline..
And seller got one mail mentioning that "On checking our records, it is noticed that we have uploaded the refund
in 18 Oct 2011 file & it will be processed on 19 Oct 2011
The Buyer may expact the credit within 3 - 5 working days"
But till now I didn't get Refund, I asking again and again to CC, and said whole story, please check the details from that Chat session

Seller asking me Money or the Item, I paid for that Item through PaisaPay and I didn't get refunded then How can I give Item to Him...
PLEASE TELL ME, WHAT HAPPENED TO REFUND, WHAT IS THE STATUS NOW..
Its very hard to me as a buyer and Seller...
and I am a new Buyer in eBay.
