Piad on 2nd Aug and open item nnot received case on 13. TOday when I call support team say that in next 7 days I will receive call annd would be told whether I receive item or receive refund. No assurity provided for eBay protecttion, When asked to tell how eBay protection work he said "just like this open case and you will receive call". No specific informationn given. Very bad service fro eBay . I never will purchase from eBay.
Now I have to wait more 7 days tojust to know where I receive refund or not or how many days more that I have to wait to just to receive my item which I ordered from "eBay Top Rated seller".
Pathectic service from eBay. No call back no support. Long time to wait in cue to call someone. No response to email.
